This place was really nice. Stuff was friendly and helpful. There was a gluten free options to choose from. Food was delicious, freshly made and in high quality. Wine selection was wide and well organized. Ox cheek was fantastic as well as the Paris Breast hazelnut desert! Highly recommended:-)

What a great experience! We had a very nice dinner in a cozy atmosphere, fantastic food and a great service. How important is to have a smiley and helpful waiter! We started with usual duck liver foie gras which was amazing. We continued with cheek stew and a cod fish fillet, both were superlative and to finish a spectacular profiteroles. Good wine and as we said the service makes a big difference!

hot and stuffy. service was really slow. some other table that came later than us got food or wine earlier than us. we had to remind them to grab our wine 3 times at least. steak was only warm, insufficiently salted and tasted very light. seem like a low quality cut of meats. sides were only average. only starters were great no complains. bread was average and they gave some pork pate which was nice. red wine was decent “le cadet de larrivet haut-brion”. hopefully they can improve their service and mains. for the price, quite disappointed with this place when it was our first proper dinner in bordeaux.
